Carmel RogersPT, DPT

Carmel graduated with an undergraduate degree in aeronautical engineering before having a change of heart and becoming a PT. She is a licensed physical therapist and received her Herman & Wallace level 1 pelvic health certification prior to completing her physical therapy degree. She has continued her education in instrumented assisted soft tissue massage, pelvic rehabilitation for athletes, and holistic treatment of postpartum women. As a mom and athlete herself, she was drawn to enabling postpartum women to return pain (and leak) free to their desired level of activity and sport. Her passion was emphasized when she benefited from pelvic PT after an unscheduled abdominal surgery. Carmel has experience evaluating and treating orthopedic conditions relating to pregnancy and postpartum body changes, hip and pelvic pain, vulvodynia, urinary incontinence, painful vaginal penetration, and pelvic organ prolapse in addition to general orthopedics.
