I graduated from the University of Washington Doctor of Physical Therapy program in 2010. I have been working in orthopedic outpatient physical therapy since that time. I began treating the pelvic health population in 2016, obtained my Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner Certification in 2024. My pelvic health education has been through the Herman and Wallace Institute and I am proud to also be a teaching assistant with them. I treat all genders and provide evidence based, unbiased, patient centered care. I am a pelvic and orthopedic specialist. I believe in a team approach for your pelvic health. I am also happy to be your pelvic health specialist, while you continue (or return to) your favorite physical therapist for orthopedic care.
