About
I first discovered my love for physical therapy while living abroad in Central Asia. There I witnessed the power of hands-on techniques and focused exercises to help people in small, rural villages recover from chronically, painful conditions and injuries of all types. I earned my Bachelor of Science degree in Movement Science from Gordon College. I received my Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from MGH Institute of Health Professions in 2009. In 2010 I re-located to the Pacific Northwest and I began my pelvic floor training through the Herman&Wallace Institute. I currently practice in women's health physical therapy and general orthopedics. I specialize in pregnancy and post partum treatment including diastasis recti. I also treat pelvic pain, issues with incontinence, and coccyx pain.
