I grew up in Marquette, MI and completed my bachelor’s degree at Northern Michigan University in Management of Health and Fitness. I later moved to Green Bay, WI to earn my Physical Therapist Assistant degree, where I began working in an outpatient orthopedic setting and quickly fell in love with helping people move better and reach their goals. After my first year of practice, I felt inspired to deepen my skill set when I noticed many individuals with back and hip pain were also experiencing pelvic pain, incontinence, or other pelvic health concerns. This led me to pursue specialized pelvic health education through Herman & Wallace — a journey I have truly enjoyed. Today, I provide pelvic health services for both women and men. I treat conditions including pelvic pain, urinary and bowel dysfunction, pre or post prostate surgery rehabilitation, core and pelvic floor weakness, and pain with activity or exercise.
