I integrate pelvic floor and orthopedic physical therapy with nutrition, sleep, mental/emotional health and stress management to promote overall wellness and long-term health. I specialize in supporting women across the lifespan with pregnancy, postpartum recovery, pelvic pain, prolapse, diastasis recti, bowel and bladder dysfunction and more. I am also certified as a Women's Integrative Health Coach, as well as certified in Women's Chronic Pelvic Pain, Perimenopause/Menopause and functional nutrition/gastrointestinal healing. I especially enjoy working with women with chronic digestive issues, autoimmunity, pelvic pain or hormonal imbalances and coaching services are provided virtually from anywhere around the globe.
