I am a PT that focuses on women's health with holistic influences. I have training from Clarke University in Dubuque, IA where I attained my Doctorate of PT. I have been a PT for over 10 years. I have a background in neuromuscular re-education. I am trained in dry needling, Pilate's reformer, and pelvic pain yoga. I am a runner and a mama of 2 little boys. I work with incontinence, athletes, prolapse, endometriosis, pregnancy, postpartum recovery, pain, Diastasis recti, as well as other orthopedic conditions. I have taken Herman and Wallace classes 1, 2B and yoga for pelvic pain. We offer free discovery calls, wellness care, and fitness classes.
