Julie has been practicing pelvic health since 2019 and has been a physical therapist since 2013. She is certified in the McKenzie Method of Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy, and has taken many pelvic health courses through Herman and Wallace: pelvic floor 1, 2A & 2B, pregnancy rehab, postpartum rehab, sexual medicine, and fertility/infertility considerations. As a mom of three, she understands the challenges that come with pregnancy and postpartum, and is incredibly passionate about helping women in all stages of life.
