Dr. Laine VillarrealPT, DPT

Laine is Certified as a Pelvic Floor Therapist treating both females and males, by completing Herman and Wallace Institute Levels 1, 2A, and 2B along with completing multiple courses in Orthopedic and Sport Injuries with Pelvic Involvement. In 2024 she completed CAPP-OB courses in Fundemntals, Intrapardum and Advance Obstetrics through the Pelvic Health Academy of the American Physical Therapy Association. In 2023 she completed over 100 hours of training to become a Certified Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist. She enjoys treating with a holistic approach, with an appreciation for how each system plays a role in the body's health and mobility. She also is trained in Blood Flow Restriction Therapy, Neuromuscular Dry Needling, Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization and Cupping.
