About
I currently work in an outpatient hospital clinic treating men's and women's pelvic health issues. I see men and women with bladder dysfunction (incontinence, urgency/frequency/OAB, difficulty urinating, painful bladder syndrome), bowel dysfunction (constipation, IBS, fecal incontinence), and pelvic pain conditions (genital pain, rectal pain, dyspareunia/sexual pain, chronic prostatitis, IC/PBS, tailbone pain, abdominal pain). I use a holistic approach with emphasis on voiding education for optimal bowel/bladder management, pain science education for chronic pain management, biofeedback for pelvic floor muscle re-education, and external/internal hands on therapies of myofascial release, connective tissue mobilization, trigger point release, and visceral manipulation. I graduated from Northern Arizona University in 2008 with a DPT, and from University of Arizona in 2001 with a BS in Molecular and Cellular Biology and a BA in French.
