Krystal NakataPT, DPT, OCS

Krystal was born and raised in St. Charles, Missouri. She attended Missouri State University where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise and Movement Science in 2010. From there she found herself in Glendale, Arizona attending Midwestern University where she graduated with a Doctorate degree of Physical Therapy in 2013. Krystal moved to Tucson, Arizona where she worked at Carondelet St. Joseph’s Hospital for 4.5 years. Krystal completed an Orthopedic Residency in Physical Therapy through The Evidence in Motion Institute of Health Professions and achieved board certification as a clinical specialist in orthopedic physical therapy. She quickly started taking pelvic health courses as she saw those as a missing piece to the orthopedic residency. In 2018, Krystal joined El Rio Health. Krystal specializes in the evaluation and treatment of pelvic floor rehabilitation especially for pregnancy and postpartum clients. During her free time, Krystal enjoys hiking, running, traveli
