Dr. Dionne Middlebrooks is the owner of Reign Physical Therapy and Wellness. She holds a doctorate degree from Emory University in Atlanta, GA. Since her completion of this doctoral program in 2012, she has completed the rigorous requirements to become a board-certified orthopedic clinical specialist. After several years in the physical therapy field and recognizing the lack of providers for those suffering from pelvic health related concerns, she decided to broaden her scope to helping this often-overlooked group. We travel to our clients to provide both skilled physical therapy care and general wellness visits.
